SOPA (Stop Online Piracy ACT) for those who are not heard this before some of internet familiar sites will be dark to protest for anti-piracy bill, What is this bill mean? and What would be the effect for you?
SOPA it’s a anti-piracy bill working through congress
This bill was supported by the lawmakers of House Judiciary Committee Chair and Texas Republican Lamar Smith with 12 sponsors the act was introduced on October 26,2011, as it’s formally known, hearing on November 16th and mark-up period on December 15th. The bill was design to be more agreeable to both parties, but the SOPA discussion had been placed on hold and resume on February this year.
